In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by Nemos Fish & Chips and form the basis of the contract between you and us. By placing an order through our Website or Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. If you do not understand any part, please contact us for clarification.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. Estimated delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have legal authority to use the payment method selected.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email and/or on-screen confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order. This does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched by Nemos Fish & Chips via email, SMS, or notification through the Website or Application.
Only items listed in the dispatch confirmation will be included in the contract.
We make every effort to ensure that all product details, prices, and descriptions on our Website and Application are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed and included in the total cost before checkout.
All online card transactions are processed securely by our payments partner. Transactions will appear on your bank or card statement under "Nemos Fish & Chips" or similar.
Once an order is placed, a standard pre-authorisation check is performed to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be charged once authorisation is confirmed. The funds will then be allocated to your order and applied toward the purchase total once the goods are dispatched.
Estimated delivery and collection times are provided for convenience and are approximate only. While we strive to meet these times, Nemos Fish & Chips cannot guarantee exact delivery times. External factors may cause delays for which we are not liable.
If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact Nemos Fish & Chips immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed as food preparation may have already begun.
For refund requests, payment disputes, chargebacks, or unrecognised transactions, please contact us directly using the details provided below.
If your order does not meet expectations, you may leave feedback via the Nemos Fish & Chips Website or App. Submitted feedback is subject to moderation before publication.

Use of our Website and Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. These documents are available on our Website.
Nemos Fish & Chips reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website or Application.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights to subsequently enforce that or any other part of the Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing outside of England and Wales, you retain the protection of any mandatory laws in your country of residence.
Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your place of residence.
